Speaking Engagements

As an experienced speaker, I specialise in delivering engaging keynotes, moderating dynamic panels, and hosting insightful fireside chats that are designed to spark thought and drive action.

I've had the privilege of engaging audiences across the energy sector and beyond, whether discussing the complexities of the energy transition, the future of low-carbon solutions, essential guidance for early careers development in technical industries, or shaping inclusive leadership for the next generation.

I'm passionate about creating welcoming spaces that genuinely inform, inspire, and empower people to drive lasting impact.

In 2025 alone, I've worked with a diverse range of companies and communities, including the Energy Institute Young Professionals, the Society of Petroleum Engineers, Shell, The Black Economists Network, and Imperial College, providing tailored talks and discussions that resonate deeply with attendees. Let's collaborate to make your next event a success!

Early Careers Coaching

I am passionate about early careers development and over the past few years, I have supported students, particularly International Students with preparing for job applications and interviews. Through, various organisations like STEM Ambassadors UK and Association for Black and Minority Ethnic Engineers (AFBE), I have ran CV clinics, mock job assessments and interviews for University students at various stages of their degrees.

In my final year of University, I sat on the judging panel of the National Undergraduate Employability Awards organised by RateMyPlacement as the only student judge.

I have also given employability talks to several groups at various events including Universities' Careers Advisors and University students.

I started The Career Aisle in 2020 to provide university students and early careers professionals with 1-1 careers advice and guidance with CVs/Resumés, job applications completion,  assessments  and interviews. I offer a limited number of free 25-minutes coaching sessions every month.

Past Involvement

AFBE-UK Leadership Team

I served as Board Member of the Association for Black and Ethnic Minority Engineers UK (AFBE-UK), within the Leadership Programme team for 4 years until 2024. The team's primary focus is to increase the representation of Black people within Senior management positions within corporate organisations by equipping them with the right information, network and tools.

As part of this, I co-hosted sessions in conversations with Senior Leaders from different companies to members of AFBE. I also curated a module focused on identifying and reversing limiting behaviours from the context of ethnic minorities, as part of the development of a Leadership course, Transcend by AFBE for roll out to corporate organisations.

European Youth Energy Forum 2025

In 2025, I was selected to participate in the European Youth Energy Forum (EYEF), a flagship initiative that brings together young energy professionals from across Europe to collaborate on policy solutions for a more sustainable energy future. Over several months, I worked with a diverse group of peers to develop a policy paper on Upskilling and Reskilling - focused on advancing green energy skills and workforce development in the energy transition, exploring how education, industry, and policy can align to equip the next generation for a low-carbon economy.

The programme culminated in a week-long forum in Catania, Italy, where participants engaged in workshops, site visits, and discussions with industry leaders and policymakers. The experience provided a unique platform to connect ideas with action, bridging youth perspectives and real-world energy challenges in Europe’s transition journey.

In 2023, I co-hosted episodes of the ABS podcast which highlights solutions addressing complex development problems on the African continent, with a current focus on the energy industry. We interviewed founders, investors, policy-makers with innovative solutions.
